When first adding the milk T Disc, the espresso will sit on top of the milk, as it is lighter in weight, and it must be stirred to receive the desired taste. When adding the espresso first, the heavy milk automatically mixes into the espresso and requires less stirring.

While additional flavor products can be added after brewing, please note we also offer Gevalia Caramel Latte Macchiato, which can be viewed at the following link.

What happened to the twinings green tea? I tried to order and it is not available. Also did you ever consider selling plain chi tea. I have several boxes of the creamer because we like the chi tea without the latte.

The packages have expiration dates on the outside (the foil/plastic part). If you let it go too far past that date, I've discovered the milk starts to separate and can sometimes come out in clumps, or only half of the milk comes out. For the most part, they seem to last for at least several months - I wouldn't go past a year, though... and probably less. It just depends on the individual expiration dates. They're on the side of the outer packaging.

Question

Will Tassimo market reuseable T disc coffee holders?

Before the superior taste of Tassimo-brewed coffees becomes lost to the world of tasteless convenience, why doesn't Tassimo offer reuseable T Disc coffee holders? They could market differing strength discs with different bar codes so the brew system didn't dilute or overpower.
Tassimo can uphold and win the coffee battle over QUALITY by taking charge here!
Are there other users who'd want to buy a Tassimo Reuseable T Disc to brew your own flavors and grinds?

Descaling products are widely available from retailers selling coffeemakers and espresso machines. Only use a product intended for descaling. If you are unable to find descaling products from a local retailer, descaling agents (not vinegar-based) can be obtained from many online retailers as well as from TASSIMO or Bosch Customer Service Department at 1-877-TDISCS1 (1-877-834 -7271) or on www.tassimo.com.

I used to have this problem when I used softened water in the machine. When I switched to non-softened water the problem went away immediately. "Drinking Water" in gallon jugs at the grocery store work fine too I've found. I think the issue with the softened water has something to do with the elevated levels of sodium that household water softeners leave in the water - it must affect the boiling point of the water, and thus the pressure in the machine, resulting in blown disks.

answer 5
I've had my Tassimo brewer since 2006 (just upgrading to the new one this week) and I've had direct delivery the entire 5 years. This has only happened once or twice, which I believe was due to a defect in that particular pkg of T-discs since the problem occurred with 2-3 discs from the same box. I called Tassimo and they sent me a replacement package at no cost. I have had Gevalia coffee delivered every 2 weeks for 5 years and this has only happened once, so I don't think it should be an ongoing problem.
